We took our Volvo to Beacon after unsatisfactory service from the local dealer. Beacon's service was very satisfactory. Competent, friendly and reasonably priced. We have continued to use Beacon because we trust them.

Beacon Automotive was my life saver! I am not from the Augusta area, but was in town due to a family emergency. On my way from NW GA to Augusta, my car had started showing signs of a problem. I knew that I had to get it repaired before traveling back, especially since I had to go through Atlanta. I went online to find a repair shop. Beacon Automotive immediately caught my eye due to their very high rating. I called them and explained my situation. They got me in and repaired my car that day. I knew from their rating that their work would be top quality, but they went the extra mile by helping me in my time of need. THANK YOU BEACON AUTOMOTIVE!!!

I absolutely love the services I get from Beacon Automotive. Their prices are very affordable, and you get excellent services for half the price of what the car dealership service centers charge. I also love the fact that they are a local business. Wait times are very reasonable. I got an oil change done within 20 minutes of getting there.

Honestly this is the best place I’ve ever been when it comes to getting work done. Extremely friendly, professional and efficient! They explain everything to you (so that you understand lol) and they offer a warranty on their work. 100% would recommend over any place in town and I’ve tried a few! Very thankful for their care and professional

It was the second time I brought our European car there. My model does not exist in the U.S.Beacon did everything to get the parts from overseas.Great, friendly people who care. Great work and it did not cost an arm and a leg.There is no reason to go to another place!

Only in the area for a short weekend trip and needed a patch for tire. Everyone was so nice, honestly I've never been in a shop typically ran by men where they were so nice and professional. I had such a minimal 35.00 repair but was treated as if I was spending alot more. It was obvious that customer service was a priority for everyone. Would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend using Beacon Automotive for any car maintenance or repair needs you may have. They were fast to get me in, order the parts I needed, and then very quick to get me in their schedule to do the job. I had a costly job done and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend scheduling through Kim at the front desk and asking her any question you may have. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my car. Great work and service.

We had a battery that went bad. 9 months ago. They put in a new one. Week ago, the battery die. I called, they said come in and we will take a look. It was about 8:30 am. AAA came by my house. Jump it and I was on my way. Kim said hi, can I help you. I just called about the battery. They went to work. In less than a hour. I was heading out on my Vacation. Thank you Kim and the staff of hard working people. We will be back again.

I trust Jeff to diagnose and fix my issue without trying to upsell me on some unnecessary parts or services. He explained to me the problem, its cause, and how it would be repaired. This atmosphere of transparency is greatly appreciated as it is unfortunately rare in this day and time.

I have been using Beacon for years because they are the only ones I trust working on my vehicles. The owner is honest and isn’t the type to try to talk to you into anything you don’t need.I moved away a year ago but still brought my car back here for major repairs. That’s how much I trust them .Highly recommend for any of your vehicles needs- from an oil change to engine mounts, whatever the case may be for you.

First time customer. Beacon did a great job aligning my Saturn Vue and replaced a stripped grease fitting at no charge. Price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the appointment with just a few day’s notice. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Had been having brake issues. Initial repair and replacement of pads and rotors did remedy most of my concerns. However, one rotor was discovered to have a manufacturing defect. Beacon replaced all brake pads and rotors again under warranty. Additionally, rear brakes were having issues. Once replaced, all braking is smooth as silk.Highly recommend for automotive service.

Beacon is a light in the darkness!! Once again coming to my rescue!! Jeep had a cold rough start and intermittent symptoms. They kept it overnight to see cold start issues. They tested and searched and found a tiny leak and resolved!! They are persistent and professional always willing to listen and assist. I had an emergency situation and we had recently moved to the area. We did not have a mechanic or even know where to start. We had left a mechanic in FL that we trusted so much we were actually driving our son’s car 8 hours to have him fix the air in a week. Since we couldn’t really have my car towed 8 hours, we started searching for local mechanics.I called a couple places and they could not get me in for a couple weeks. I found Beacon Automotive online and read the amazing reviews. From the moment I called and spoke to Kim, I was hopeful we had found our place. We had the car towed there and Kim was amazing at communicating where they were with things, what they found, what was necessary and what was not. They did amazing and fast work. Their prices were extremely fair and they didn’t try to scare me into paying for things I didn’t need.I can confidently say we have found our local mechanic. Good, trust worthy, fairly priced and excellent service. Thank you Beacon!!

Kim and the team at Beacon automotive are the best. I had a check engine light in my only vehicle and they got me in the next day and found the bad coil and fixed it right then. They will check out your car and fix what it needs. They don’t try to up sell other services either and they have the experience to do it all. My Jeep Wrangler broke down on the highway. I had it towed to Beacon. The next morning, they were quick to call and update me on the issue that they found. They replaced my water pump and had the Jeep running by the next day. The owner test drove it himself to make sure it was good to go. Great service and pricing was fair.

In a time where you are skeptical of what a mechanic tells you about your car, i can tell you first hand that Jeff at Beacon is a throw back to when you can trust your mechanic. Where i grew up we all knew the mechanics and there family and they would treat you as such. When dealing with Jeff thats is the feeling you will get from this shop. I had a repair done here and was out of town when an issue arose. He took the time to call the dealership where my car was at and stood by his work so i was not out of pocket. I send my own family and friends here and i would highly recommend you do the same. An awesome shop with awesome people to help you.

I've taken my daughter's car to Beacon Automotive a couple of times. Both times I got above average service, reasonable repair costs, and the repairs were done right. They will do their best to get your car in and fix it quickly. The first time I had to wait a couple of days, but the second time they got it done the same day that I brought it in.
